Incentives-UK are part of the SDL Group Ltd. Please
read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.
Clerical
Errors
Incentives-UK use
reasonable endeavors to ensure that all information on this
web site is accurate. In the unlikely event that a mistake is
displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical,
typographical or pricing error, Incentives-UK shall have the
right to refuse to accept any order or cancel any contract to
supply such product whether or not the order has been confirmed
and payment made. If a payment has already been made for the
purchase and the order is cancelled for this reason Incentives-UK
shall issue a refund for the amount of the price.
TIitle
to sell goods
The Seller (Incentives-UK)
warrants that it has good title to the Goods. Title to the Goods
shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller (Incentives-UK)
has been paid in full for the Goods.
Limitation
of Liability
In the event of any
breach of these Terms and Conditions by Incentives-UK the remedies
of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances
exceed the Price of the Goods. Nothing contained in these Terms
and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit or exclude
the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury as
a result of Incentives-UK's negligence or that of its employees
or agents, or to limit or exclude the liability of the Seller
for breach of the warranties or warranty as to title and quiet
possession implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where such
Act applies to the Contract.
